Hello and Welcome!
This is the Drug Profile Review section of a pharmacology refresher/trainer intended for Paramedic level EMT's. The content is based on drug profiles from the Arizona Department of Health Services Web Site. Please see their link at the bottom of the page.
This application offers review and self testing by providing:
- Complete drug profiles for review
- Self testing of drug profiles:
- Test your memory of the complete drug profile for a given drug
- Test your memory of specific aspects of a drug
- Test your memory of random aspects of a random drug
Drug Profiles
Use the links in the Menu to the left to view Drug Profiles. Note the displayed name is the Generic Name, and when moused over, a Brand Name appears.
Self Test
Click the "Flash Cards" link to access the flash cards menu page. Here you can choose to test yourself on one aspect of the drugs, or a random aspect on a random drug.
Use the drop down selection box to test yourself on an individual drug. It will send you to the full drug profile, with the drug details blacked out. Test your memory on each aspect, and "mouse over" the fields to see if you are correct.
